Being in community sometimes means working together through realities of conflict, harm, and violence.

From community conflict to institutional harm, and from interpersonal violence to systemic injustice, we have often been taught to either live with tension and trauma or hand control to those with authority. But genuine community safety, healing, and justice requires active participation by community members.

If you have a passion for building just relationships in community, we share your passion and want to support you in your work.

Our goal is to equip community members, groups, and agencies with the knowledge, skills, processes, and systems needed in the pursuit of just relationships. We prioritize the lived experience and wisdom of those with whom we work, by ensuring that all our work is done in collaboration with those most impacted by the issues. When communities and their service providers work powerfully to address the issues they face, meaningful and lasting change is possible.
