Just Outcomes REAL Training: September 24, 2024 Registration

Cancellation Policy 
We understand that sometimes plans change, and participants may need to cancel or change their registration for a training. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all participants while allowing us to manage resources effectively. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation Requests: If you need to cancel your registration for a virtual training, please notify us in writing via email at [email protected].
2. Refund Eligibility:
   • Full Refund: Cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the training start date will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
   • Partial Refund: Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the training start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
   • No Refund: Cancellation requests due to non-attendance (no-shows) will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made at least 7 days before the training start date will be approved for a future training of equal value. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the training start date will be accepted with a $20 administrative fee.
4. Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, you may designate someone to attend in your place at no additional cost. Please inform us of the substitution in advance by emailing [email protected].
5. Cancellation by Organizer: In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a training, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, you may choose to receive a full refund or transfer your registration to a rescheduled training.
