Cancellation Policy 
We understand that sometimes plans change, and participants may need to cancel or change their registration for a workshop. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all participants while allowing us to manage resources effectively. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation Requests: If you need to cancel your registration for our workshop, please notify us in writing via email at [email protected].
2. Refund Eligibility:
   • Full Refund: Cancellation requests made at least 5 days before the workshop will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
   • No Refund: Cancellation requests made within 5 days of the workshop or due to non-attendance (no-shows) will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, you may designate someone to attend in your place at no additional cost. Please inform us of the substitution in advance by emailing [email protected].
